We want you to be fully satisfied with your Billabong gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unwashed and unworn items. Simply use our online portal to initiate a return or exchange and get back to your adventure.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to select a return reason and generate a prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email for easy printing.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached, and affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
